Program:

DAY 1 – MAY 12 – TUESDAY
1:30 PM – Meeting at Brasília Airport (until 2:30 PM)
2:30 PM – Transfer from Brasília to Alto Paraíso
Distance: 223 km – approximately 4 hours of travel with one stop
Transportation: Executive Van
6:00 PM – Arrival at Woodstock Guest House
8:30 PM – Dinner at the hotel (menu selection)

DAY 2 – MAY 13 – WEDNESDAY
8:00-9:00 AM – Breakfast

9:30 AM – Activity with Violeta at Parallel 14

This is said to be an imaginary line that cuts across the planet, passing through Alto Paraíso and also the Peruvian city of Machu Picchu.
The more “enlightened” ones say that underground tunnels connect this place to the Peruvian city.

To understand it better, the 14th Parallel is located south of the Earth’s equatorial plane. Starting from the Greenwich Meridian and moving eastward, this parallel passes through several countries, including Peru and Brazil. At its point of intersection in Brazil, it is said that there is a portal capable of transporting people to another dimension of space and time — a place whose energy is believed to heal even the most serious illnesses.

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Excursion to Cachoeira dos Cristais (Crystal Waterfalls)

With several natural pools and cascades for swimming, Cachoeira dos Cristais offers a new experience at every step along the trail. Some falls form pool-like basins, others resemble natural whirlpools, with streams hidden among lush vegetation — a setting straight out of a fairy tale.

DAY 3 – MAY 14 – THURSDAY

10:30 am - 12:30 pm: Gota Som

Shaped like a drop, the Gota SatSom is a temple dedicated to sound and silence, located amidst the forests of the Cerrado. In this meditation space, you’ll experience mantras, sacred chants, and music played on unique instruments.

12:30 – 14:00 – Lunch – Alto Paraíso (buffet)
14:00 – 16:00 – Tour around Alto Paraíso
17:30 – Sunset with a View of the Jardim de Maytrea / Activity with Violeta

The entire region of Alto Paraíso de Goiás is photogenic. Photography enthusiasts seeking unique shots must visit the Jardim de Maytrea, a place that, according to mystics, is a kind of portal to another dimension. This mysterious stretch of the Cerrado features fields of blooming buriti palms, winding trails, and majestic hills.

DAY 4 – MAY 15 – FRIDAY

15:00 – Visit to the Multiethnic Village

This territory in the Chapada dos Veadeiros is dedicated to strengthening the cultures and political struggles of Indigenous and Quilombola peoples.
The village is located in the heart of Chapada dos Veadeiros, surrounded by breathtaking and well-preserved Cerrado landscapes, the second largest biome in Brazil.
It offers access to an exclusive beach on the Couros River and trails leading to the Almécegas I and Almécegas II waterfalls.

Inspired by the cultures and ancestral wisdom of Indigenous peoples, the Path of Origin offers a journey through the history, ways of living, and traditions of the Indigenous communities who created the Multiethnic Village.

There are eight traditional houses, each built by its own people, surrounding the large central courtyard of the Village. Each house tells a story — and each story intertwines with that of its neighboring house, reflecting the shared heritage of Brazil’s original peoples.

Along the Path of Origin, you will visit the homes of the Fulni-ô, Kayapó Mebêngôkré, A’uwe Xavante, Guarani Mbyá, Krahô, Yanomami, Alto Xingu, and Yanomami peoples — as well as the traditional house of the Kalunga Historical Site community, the largest Quilombola territory in Brazil.

 DAY 5 – MAY 16 – SATURDAY

7:00 am – 8:30 am – Breakfast
8:30 am – Departure – Hike – Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park (Yellow Trail)
9:30 am – 13h00 – (3.5 hours) with time for reflexion & meditation

The Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park, located in the state of Goiás in central Brazil, is known for its stunning canyons and quartz crystal formations.

The Rio Preto's river features rocky pools and waterfalls, some reaching over 100 meters in height. This biodiversity-rich park is home to various species of orchids and wildlife, including armadillos, jaguars, and toucans.

13h00 – 14h30 Lunch at Restaurante da Nenzinha, serving typical Goian cuisine (buffet by weight).

 DAY 6 – MAY 17 – SUNDAY

8:30 – 9:30 – Breakfast

10:00 – Visit to the Market in Alto Paraíso (shopping for local products, crafts, etc.)

13:00 – Lunch at Guest House

19:30 – Dinner at the Guest House

 

DAY 7 – MAY 18 – MONDAY

8:00 – 9:00 – Breakfast
9:00 – 13:00 – Excursion to Vale da Lua (Valley of the Moon)

Activities with Violeta

The Vale da Lua gets its name from its dark rock formations that resemble the lunar surface. The landscapes are simply breathtaking.

Important tip: The rocks in the valley are slippery. To fully enjoy the visit safely, walk carefully and wear appropriate trail shoes or hiking boots.

15:00 – Return to the hotel – Free time
20:00 – Live Brazilian music show and farewell dinner at the Guest House

 

DAY 8 – MAY 19 – TUESDAY

7:00 am- 8:30 am Breakfast

Transfer to Brasilia airport and/or Hotel

The package includes:

• Executive van transfer from Brasília Airport (DF) to Alto Paraíso and return to Brasília Airport.

• Transportation by van throughout the entire trip.

• 6 nights of accommodation at Woodstock Guest House (double/triple rooms) exclusively privatized for this trip- with air conditioning and breakfast included.

• Celebration dinner with music on Monday, May 18

• Transportation and entrance fees to all visited sites.

• All activities are accompanied by Fred Morsch — Brazilian audiovisual producer, documentary filmmaker, and creator and host of the award-winning series “Hitchhiking with UFOs” on the History Channel Brazil.
